We can offer an array of vintage champagnes such as Bollinger, Dom Perignon, Roederer and Cristal to take your pairing experience to a different level. Combine champagne with superb combinations of pure dark chocolate medallions, truffles with a variety of soft centres, or milk chocolate bon bons. Sure to please the most discerning of palates.
Spirts and Chocolate
We offer bold combinations of dark, milk and white chocolate bon bons, truffles and medallions with a collection of thoughtfully chosen spirits including Patron Coffee Tequila, Jack Daniels, various aged Single Malt Scotches, Makers Mark, Taylor’s Port and Cognacs which will truly showcase the aromatics and tastes of both chocolate and spirits.
Wine and Chocolate
Our wine and chocolate pairings feature the classic combination of Inniskillin Cabernet Franc and Riesling ice-wines, as well as superb pairings of dark and milk chocolate with Bordeaux and Cabernet Sauvignon based wines. We also offer intense Italian and Californian red wines which bring out the nuances and flavour that will enlighten and inspire. We can cater our pairings for any event to a wide range of tastes and preferences, as may be selected in consultation with our Sommelier.
